working on a 5 day 24 hour operation schedule.
COMPONENT PARTS
MouldRite produces structural and cosmetic parts for the automotive industry, utilizing various highly engineered resins.
MouldRite has worked closely with non-automotive customers to develop and optimize current and future product designs.
COMPANY METRICS
MouldRite tracks trends in PPM, delivery, and internal efficiencies in order to provide optimum service to our customer base.
Plant capacity is continuously monitored and used to react quickly to customer demands and anticipated sector specific trends.
Financial indicators (debt to equity, working capital ratios) are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure that the company is healthy and able to respond to customer needs.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Injection moulding machine tonnage ranges from 110 up to our two newly acquired all-electric 950 ton Wide Platen Machine.
Our 720 ton all-electric machine was added in 2019.
In June 2020, we installed 2 - 500 ton all-electric moulding machines.
